Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled for purchases made through OrnellaHaven.com.

Currency

All prices and transactions are displayed and processed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Accepted Payment Methods

Depending on device, location, and checkout availability, we may accept:

  • Visa;

  • Mastercard;

  • American Express;

  • Discover;

  • Diners Club;

  • Shop Pay;

  • Apple Pay;

  • Google Pay; and

  • PayPal.

Only payment methods displayed and available during checkout may be used for an order.

We do not accept personal checks, bank transfers, money orders, or cash on delivery.

We do not currently offer a store-operated installment payment program.

Payment Authorization

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be completed or fulfilled.

By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • The information is accurate and complete;

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method; and

  • You authorize the applicable charges for the order.

Payment information is processed securely through Shopify and authorized payment providers. Ornella Haven does not directly store complete payment card numbers.

Taxes and Total Cost

Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

The complete amount payable, including any applicable tax or optional shipping charge, will be displayed before you submit the order.

Payment Verification

We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify payment, prevent fraud, or protect customers.

Orders may be delayed, declined, or canceled if:

  • Payment cannot be authorized;

  • Billing information cannot be verified;

  • Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected;

  • The payment provider declines the transaction; or

  • The order violates our policies.

If a canceled order was charged, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.

Payment Security

Checkout and payment processing are provided through Shopify and participating payment providers using secure technologies. Customers are responsible for protecting their account and payment credentials.
